Signant Health is seeking a proactive Customer Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting both internal and external customers by ensuring that all shipments and returns are processed with precision and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
RAWB Management: Manage Return Authorization Without Balance (RAWB) requests in Netsuite for the US & UK team.
Query Resolution: Act as a point of contact for the Fulfilment Team, resolving queries and problem tickets for UK and EU warehouses.
Operational Support: Assist Customer Operations Coordinators with day-to-day functions to ensure smooth operations.
Material Ordering: Support the ordering of printed materials on behalf of clients as directed by Client Services.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts within the Customer Operations area.
Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as needed to support team and client needs.
Decision Making and Influence:
Client Expectations Management: Play a key role in managing client expectations regarding device shipments and returns.
Best Practices: Influence and ensure adoption of best practices within the team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
