2.5-5 years of experience in digital marketing: Proven track record in managing digital campaigns, social media, and paid advertising. Experience with ad platforms: Strong understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital ad management tools. Proficient in analytics tools: Hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and email marketing platforms. Strong communication skills: With attention to detail in content management/creation and reporting. Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects.

Core responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns: Execute effective online campaigns across platforms (social media, email, and ads) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. Manage social media and content creation: Create and post engaging content across various social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and voice. Oversee paid advertising campaigns: Plan, manage and optimize paid ad campaigns, primarily on Facebook and Google, to maximize ROI and drive traffic. Track and analyze marketing metrics: Use analytics tools to monitor the performance of digital campaigns, report on key metrics, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. Email marketing and CRM management: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, manage CRM systems, and maintain customer databases to nurture leads and enhance customer relationships. Stay updated on trends: Research and implement the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies to keep the business ahead of the competition.
