We’re looking for an experienced TAM/Support Engineer to support our EMEA and US customers. In this role, you’ll provide technical consultation, help clients implement new features, and design tailored solutions. You’ll also offer exceptional technical support, working closely with R&D and product teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. This position requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills to manage complex issues and integrations. As a TAM/Support Engineer at Docontrol, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new technologies and grow with the team.
