This is a remote position.

Position Overview

The SDR plays in managing and overseeing the lead conversion process. You will act as a bridge between the marketing and sales teams, qualifying and converting leads to support our growth objectives

Key Responsibilities

Core Efficiencies

This role requires strengths in:

  • Lead qualification and conversion.

  • Calls and other outreach methods ( Inmails, emails, etc)

  • Client relationship management.

  • Time management and the ability to work autonomously.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Zoho CRM.

  • Strong sales acumen with an understanding of customer needs and objections.

 

Objectives

  • Successfully convert leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team.

  • Set a consistent number of appointments each week.

  • Deliver engaging presentations of services and webinars to potential clients.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles in the CRM system.

  • Demonstrate high-quality customer service by addressing brokerage needs and concerns.

  • Meet or exceed individual lead conversion and appointment-setting targets.

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the US insurance industry to engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients.

 

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

  • Successfully set at least 20 appointments for the sales team with qualified brokerages by the end of the first 90 days.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Zoho CRM to track leads and interactions, achieving 90% accuracy in lead entries by the end of the first 60 days.

  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge by achieving a 90% or higher score on a product knowledge assessment by the end of the first 60 days.

Education and Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar SDR role.

  • Proven success in client engagement and lead conversion.

  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.

 

Salary and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary along with Individual+Company performance bonuses and commissions. Our compensation structure is designed to reflect that increased responsibility, results, and leadership drive higher pay within our organization.
