  • Lead Agile Development: Translate product requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable development tasks. Work in an Agile environment with engineering teams to iterate quickly.
  • Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Conduct competitive analysis, monitor industry developments, and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Write. A lot: Document decisions, user research findings, Jira tickets, PRDs, etc… As a team, we write to solidify our thinking, communicate and keep everyone on the same page.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You juggle multiple priorities without dropping any of them.
  • Process driven. You know that the key to repeatable success is repeatable actions. You are consistent and follow through.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities—you can influence and align teams around a shared vision.
  • A bias for action—you’re comfortable making decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and iterating quickly.
  • Bonus: Experience working in a small team or in a high-growth, fast-moving organization.
