Job description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help grow our engineering team. The candidate will get a chance to lead the end-to-end hiring efforts of our evolving multidisciplinary team as we scale our product from just India to global.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineering teams to understand our unique requirements for every role.
Build a strong sourcing pipeline and communicate the company’s vision and requirements to them.
Create an outstanding candidate experience, and manage the interview process in line with our culture.
Negotiate and close selected candidates.
Take ownership of recruiting initiatives such as campus placements, tech meet-ups, hackathons, etc.

Requirements:
