Job description

Distacart is founded by Indians living in the USA for more than 10 years. We buy a lot of Indian items every year, some of them from within local markets of USA, and some of them by asking our parents and relatives in India, to ship the items to them. We have realized that we either spend too much money buying Indian items from stores within USA or other websites which ask you to spend exorbitant amounts purchasing these items. The other option is to ask our parents and relatives to take time, effort and ultra high shipping prices to send the items to us.

As an expert with the Shopify platform as a front end developer this role will drive the execution of innovative solutions as we continue to scale our business. The Shopify expert will manage all bugs on the store front, track all e-commerce marketing efforts, analyse data, and use your findings to improve our strategies.

6+ Years of experience on shopify platform, including but not limited to liquid code, shopify apps, shopify APIs, integration and customization.
Ability to debug and fix issues in live network with a quick turnaround.
Familiarity with well-known shopify apps.
Ability to follow SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes.
Should have good communication skills and proficiency in English.
