Job Role: Software Trainee

We are currently looking for Technical Talents who have the knack for software, tools & technologies and aspire to change the future and make an impact in the IT domain
Incumbents will undergo an extensive series of classroom and on-the-job training and will develop the technical competencies extensively, required to perform exceptionally in their job roles
You will be selected to work on different verticals of the Software lifecycle based on your capabilities and interest
You could be designing the software, developing software, integrating software, architecting software, testing software, and developing tools to test software
You will look for innovative and creative solutions to solve business problems and fulfill client requirements in the most efficient & effective ways

What would you be doing?

Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Backend and Frontend tools and technologies
Developing mobile applications for iOS, Android, and Windows OS & Mac OS Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying bottlenecks and bugs and devising solutions to these problems
Collaborate with teams and work towards the development & implementation of automated testing frameworks, tools & technologies
Contribute to production deployments, including documentation of technical specifications and release notes
Communicate effectively with project managers, product owners, and development team members to facilitate understanding of deliverables, estimates, and prioritization
Liaising with QA /Project/Product Managers to ensure consistency and compliance in respect to complete quality assurance processes

What are we looking for in you?

Proficiency in at least one programming language: C, C++, Java, C#, PHP, Python, Ruby, or any other
Proficiency in designing efficient algorithms & pseud codes
Excellent knowledge of OOPS concepts and Data Structures
Basic Knowledge of client-side technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX or any other
Thorough understanding of SDLC and STLC
Good knowledge of QA Testing tools, technologies, and frameworks will be an advantage
Good knowledge & Experience of Automation tools like Selenium will be an advantage
Knowledge of Internet/Web technologies, such as web browsers, HTTP, HTML, Silverlight, MVC will be an advantage
Able to solve complex problems, make an informed judgment, and apply critical thinking
Ability to work across concurrent projects
Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.)
Ability to have attention to detail and accurately follow procedures
