Role and Responsibilities
Handle IT requirements from US-based clients
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including interviews, offers, negotiations, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
Source candidates from job portals using advanced search techniques
Create and post job postings on relevant platforms
Be well-versed in US-specific terms like W2, C2C, 1099, and US visas
Work on contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire positions
Achieve a high conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements
Candidate Qualifications
1. 3-6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
2. Good working knowledge of ATS tools like CEIPAL, etc.
3. Familiarity with technical terminology
4. Experience in searching profiles using Boolean search
5. Proficiency in English
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
