Minimum graduation from any accredited university
Experience
Minimum 2.5 - 3 years of direct sales experience with a proven record of selling products or services. Experience in Fintech Sales, Technology Sales would be recommended (not mandatory).
Roles & Responsibilities
● Reach out to the Leads created by you on a day to day basis directly (Face to Face) and convince the prospects to purchase the plans of the product
● Generate leads through referrals or any other methods
● Should understand the pain points of the users, empathize and explain how our product would be useful to them and convince them to buy
● Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with potential future prospects that have been identified and build positive
relationships with them for future scope of sales.
● Ensuring that the sales are made in compliance to set quality parameters and not giving false information and
commitment to users
● Assisting new prospects on the queries, creating interests in our product offerings
● Building a good professional relation with the existing users
to ensure they continue using our product on a long term basis,resulting in enhanced renewals
● Keep yourself updated with the new feature release and any
changes on the product.
Other Requirements
● Minimum 3.5 - 4 years of field sales experience
● Should have his own vehicle (2 / 4 wheeler) with valid license
● Should have completed graduation
● Decent English , hindi or other regional language
● Should be a go getter with a love for achieving targets
● Should be friendly and at same time professional goal oriented person
● Very energetic, quick thinker who is passionate about sales
