The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative software solutions that drive our transformation into a solutions-focused industry leader. You'll be part of a high-performing agile team that thrives on collaboration, learning, and solving complex technical challenges with scalable, secure, and maintainable code.

You’ll bring both hands-on technical expertise and a product-focused mindset to guide the team through delivery, design decisions, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain backend services and APIs to support the frontend, ideally in languages like Node.js, Python, Go, or Java.
Lead the design and development of software systems and services that support our evolving product suite.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver impactful features.
Champion clean, maintainable code with appropriate test coverage.
Mentor and guide mid- and junior-level engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and technical discussions.
Help evolve our technical architecture as we scale, with a focus on modularity, performance, and reliability.
Take ownership of features from ideation to production monitoring and refinement.
Continuously improve engineering practices, agile processes, and team culture.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of building and deploying production-quality systems.
Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, etc.).
Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, scalable architecture.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a growth mindset.

Bonus Points

Experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Familiarity with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
Contributions to open source or tech communities.

Base Salary Range

zł244 000,00 - zł366 000,00

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role.
