Job description

Overview:

National Debt Relief is seeking a Project Manager to join the growing Project Management Organization. The individuals in this role will be responsible for leading high priority, cross-functional projects, from ideation through the execution. This role is an incredible opportunity for individuals to interact with leadership from across the organization and lead high impact initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project management for strategic operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across departments (e.g., Finance, HR, IT, and Legal) to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Drive project execution by tracking deliverables, managing risks, and proactively resolving roadblocks to ensure on-time and high-quality outcomes.
  • Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the organization.
  • Develop and deliver regular project updates, executive reports, and performance metrics to leadership teams.
  • Identify and implement technology solutions and automation opportunities to enhance operational workflows.

 

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • 5 years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, or Six Sigma).
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects with measurable business impact.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Suite.
  • PMP, Monday.com or similar certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Recent experience independently planning, organizing, and leading enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

Compensation Information: Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $110,500 to $120,500 annually. Benefits:
