Position Overview  

We’re searching for a Customer Implementation Specialist to join our outstanding Activation Services team in this Remote work opportunity. To keep us headed in the right direction, we’re looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun. 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee solution implementation projects, including planning, execution, and communication with customers and internal teams, while managing customer expectations and conveying sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, provide guidance on best practices, and maintain strong, productive relationships to achieve mutual goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboards, partnering with product and project teams to ensure all deliverables are met on time.
  • Document all customer interactions, completed tasks, project status, and action items, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continually seek feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to improve the implementation process and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Assist clients with product-related decisions, maintain excellent knowledge of company products, and manage projects involving data migration of extended solutions products, including thorough data review.
  • Occasional Shift Hours (1-2 times per month): Friday Nights and/or Saturdays to meet customer needs

Your experience may include:

  • 3+ years of project management or software implementation experience
  • Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions
  • Experience or interest in data conversions

You may have other skills or credentials, including:

  • A background in the insurance industry
  • Hands-on experience with Applied Systems products and/or services
