We are currently seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist focusing on Interpreting Services to support growth and revenue by driving strategic opportunities. The Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist is responsible for supporting sales in a pre-sales capacity and analyzing opportunity scope, as well as suggesting creative approaches and developing proposals for required solutions. The Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist is responsible for analyzing customer requirements and crafting solutions and proposals to meet their needs, creating financial models to substantiate proposed solutions, interfacing and consulting with customers, sales and operations. The Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist is also responsible for the coordination of RFPs and large tenders. Responsibilities

📌Actively contribute to Interpreting revenue growth by ensuring existing clients’ satisfaction and working with sales to identify and develop new interpreting opportunities.

📌Opportunity- to-revenue conversion responsibility for strategic interpreting opportunities, including RFPs partnering with sales: tailor suitable, out -of-the-box, solutions, pitch, ensure successful implementation working with operations.

📌Support sales in strategic opportunities, structure solutions/services offered, price and analyse P&L for said solutions/services.

📌Support sales in response to RFIs/RFPs by managing processes, coordinating input, contributing to proposals and developing solutions.

📌Stay up to date on competitive offerings and market challenges to guide strategy.

📌Work with operations to ensure appropriate input and validity of prepared solutions.

📌Play a key role in differentiating us from our competitors by presenting a value-added approach to solving each client’s specific problems. Leverage subject matter expertise to advance our progress in strategic accounts.

📌Serve in a “consultative capacity”, assist sales teams and clients during account strategy development, pre-sales meetings and during client on-boarding.

Requirements

✔A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.

✔ 5+ years in the language services/interpretation services or related fields in any operational, sales or pre-sales capacity.

✔ A strong understanding of interpreting solutions spanning language and technology.

✔ Highly client-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills.

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentational skills.

✔ Fluent English is mandatory, other languages as a plus.

✔ Strong multitasking skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects at once.

✔ An entrepreneurial, self-confident flair coupled with professional, team-oriented execution.

✔ Competitive landscape understanding and awareness.

✔ Ability to visually and verbally represent solutions in well-crafted proposal documents.

✔ US working hours required.
