Job description

What are we building?

An AI Executive Assistant

In 1930, economist John Maynard Keynes predicted we’d be working only 15 hours a week by 2030. Despite automation in agriculture and industry, that hasn’t happened. Why? The service sector.

The average office worker spends far too much time on emails, Slack messages, and meetings instead of real work. People in client-facing roles—sales, professional services, recruiters—feel this most acutely. Instead of advising and connecting with clients, they spend hours doing admin: following up, scheduling meetings, taking notes, answering repetitive questions, and sorting through messy inboxes.

We’ve built an AI executive assistant that analyses your emails, messages, and meetings to take actions like answering emails, scheduling meetings, taking next steps from meetings, and organising your inbox. It turns every employee into a top performer—effortlessly.

Unlike other startups, we’re a pure-play AI company, not a SaaS company bolting on AI features. We use the best AI techniques (fine-tuned open-source models, tool use, and retrieval-augmented generation) to generate email drafts, with 53% of them being sent by users.

How’s it going?

We launched in March 2024 and have grown from $0 to $3.5m in revenue across 3,000 paid users. We've achieved this with just a 4-person team and no paid marketing until November.

We’ve also spent the past 3 months at HF0, the world’s top AI startup accelerator, learning from experts like the CEO of Instacart and the cofounder of Snowflake.

What do we value?

We’re focused on building a small team of exceptional people who genuinely care about solving big problems. You’ll need to bring intensity and focus, but in return, you’ll have the opportunity to fast-track your career and grow into more senior roles quickly. We expect to hit $15m in revenue by the end of 2025—lots of opportunities for you to grow with us!

We value autonomy and ownership, and you’ll have the chance to take on significant responsibility from day one.

What are we hiring for?

We’re looking for a part time (20 hrs a week) Revenue Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role is key to optimizing our revenue processes across sales, marketing, and customer success. • Continuously identify opportunities for workflow improvements and operational efficiency.

  • Own the reporting framework across all revenue operations, tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Provide insights to leadership, helping us make data-driven decisions to accelerate growth.

Systems & Tools Management:

  • Manage and optimize our tech stack, ensuring tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms) work seamlessly together.
  • Ensure systems are fully utilized, properly configured, and aligned with business goals.

Collaboration Across Teams:

  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on objectives, resolve challenges, and drive results.
  • Act as a bridge between teams, ensuring a smooth flow of information and operations.

Process Optimization & Scalability:

  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and develop solutions to scale operations as we grow.
  • Drive initiatives that improve the overall speed and quality of revenue operations.

What does our ideal hire look like?
