Position Title: Procurement Associate

Work Set Up: Work from Home

Schedule: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Procurement Associate to handle the critical process of entering, modifying, and managing purchase orders to ensure smooth order fulfillment. This role is integral to maintaining accuracy, timely processing, and exceptional service for our customers

What You'll Do:

Accurately enter client purchase orders into the system
Create and manage new customer profiles in the system
Modify existing orders as needed to reflect customer or business requirements
Perform additional tasks related to order management and contribute expertise through a hands-on, teach-by-example approach

What Were Looking For:

Excellent English communication skills
Strong computer proficiency (required)
Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
High accuracy and keen attention to detail
Minimum typing speed of 38 words per minute
Prior experience in data entry or data encoding (preferred)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Capacity to perform repetitive tasks efficiently over extended periods
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience in a call center or customer service role (a plus)
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
