The Procurement & Demand Planning Specialist ensures efficient purchasing, inventory management, and supplier coordination for raw materials and ingredients. This role involves forecasting demand, negotiating contracts, and optimizing inventory to support business operations. The specialist will collaborate with sourcing, logistics, quality, and sales teams to maintain supply chain continuity and cost-effectiveness.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.
5+ years in procurement, demand planning, or supply chain management.
Experience in global sourcing, supplier management, and inventory forecasting.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and demand planning tools.
Strong data analysis and forecasting skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract negotiation, and compliance.
Strong demand forecasting and risk mitigation skills.
Effective supplier negotiation and relationship management.
Inventory control, order fulfillment, and lead time optimization.
