Job description

About the Role:
We seek a highly skilled, collaborative and results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to join us at Outreach. As a Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for orchestrating marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, demand and customer engagement, in support of our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in marketing strategies to drive results

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
  • Directly support the New Logo, Customer Expansion, Customer Adoption campaign managers to develop and coordinate strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences and budgets
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data and metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Ensure campaign are delivered on time, within budget and achieve pipeline and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compelling campaign content across the buyer’s journey as well as the promotional strategy leveraging paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Partner with campaign managers on priorities, execution, results and follow up
  • Manage campaigntimelines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
  • Leverage project management tools to ensure cross team execution stays on track
  • Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders,highlighting the key findings and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities for campaign
  • Assist with lead gen and nurturing programs that support and are aligned with campaign strategy and sales priorities

  • Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development and paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of marketing technology systems for campaign execution and lead management
  • The annual base salary range for this role is $54,000-$90,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
