Channel Impact is seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our winning team. In this role, you will support our client’s Marketing Team to help them create marketing-qualified leads and generate demand for their product and service offerings. The ideal candidate is excited about building a career in digital marketing and enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
This full-time salaried position is open to remote workers within the U.S. and Canada
What you will do:Campaign operations: - Create marketing campaign codes and manage lead uploads using Salesforce and Marketo - Process marketing ticket creation and tracking through completion via ZenDesk - Work with the client’s Marketing Operations team for list upload and reporting requests
Campaign support: - Manage monthly and weekly webinar event series - Manage marketing program logistics such as opening and monitoring POs, shipping, preparing and executing contracts, sourcing custom promotional materials/giveaways, etc. - Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned by the client - Support Sr. Marketing Managers with special project requests
Campaign Reporting: - Track data and prepare reports on the effectiveness of events and activities - Evaluate short and long-term campaign ROI
Budgeting: - Work with AP and Finance teams to create/submit purchase order requests, set up new vendors in the payment system - Help with Budgeting and Payment Processing
What you bring: - Experience using Google Workspace, Salesforce, Marketo and ZenDesk - Experience planning and managing Virtual Webinars, Marketing Campaigns, Email Programs, and various forms of marketing content - You are detail-oriented and organized, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with a proactive, “get it done” personality that’s easy to work with - Proven ability to work well with all levels of management and peers - Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously - Experience working in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment - Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of responsibility, initiative, and professionalism. Able to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment - Flexibility to collaborate regularly with regional time zones - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
