As a Fundraising Campaign Director (internally known as Fundraising Initiative Director) on the Fundraising Strategy and Execution Team, you will be responsible to craft comprehensive and effective campaigns that create a clear, sustainable, and achievable path to stated funding our unique and powerful solutions. These campaigns will be designed with effective fundraising execution in mind. You will apply your expertise to enable our fundraisers to match the philanthropic ambitions of country’s most successful business leaders and entrepreneurs to our game- changing solutions. To be successful in the role, you will apply your solution (product) management and/or fundraising prowess to develop and execute go to market fundraising campaigns to fund $10m+ initiatives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment.  

What You Will Do
  • You will lead in creating comprehensive fundraising plans that are sustainable, durable, and achieves ambitious fundraising goals. You will be well versed in all facets of a bringing campaigns and solutions to market including sales and fundraising enablement, prospect management, marketing (case for support, messaging, style guide), strategic planning, customer/donor relations, etc.
  • You will lead and collaborate to create a campaign pipeline (solution demand) that is diverse, durable, and achievable. You will work cross-functionally to develop and execute prospecting and demand generation strategies from cultivation to solicitation.
  • Work closely with our executive leadership on campaign/got to market plan execution, reporting, insightful metrics, and data-driven strategies.
  • You will design and implement strategies to engage and grow existing donor engagement and contributions across multiple strategies.

  • What You Will Bring
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in fundraising campaign management, product/solution management and operations, especially for high dollar campaigns or complex and high value solutions. Previous experience in frontline fundraising is a benefit but not required.
  • Ability to efficiently drive strategic plans for multiple concurrent projects/funding opportunities to completion through continuous transformation and an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Experience working across teams and departments to articulate objectives, define deliverables, and meet deadlines—especially in dynamic, matrixed environments with several priorities and objectives.
  • Collaborative, collegial spirit with a commitment to evaluation and continuous improvement.  High level of humility and integrity.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial, operating with speed as well as a commitment to quality work product.
