About The Job The Financial Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Business Systems team by maintaining, configuring, and enhancing enterprise financial systems. This role focuses on troubleshooting issues, analyzing finance-related business needs, and ensuring that systems operate efficiently to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The Business Systems team’s mission is to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that empower the Practices and Firmwide Services teams to achieve their goals, maximize revenue, and enhance operational efficiency. The Financial Systems Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to improve workflows, optimize system functionality, and contribute to strategic projects as the business evolves.

Duties and Responsibilities (may include some or all of the below):
• Provide functional and technical support for core financial systems, including but not limited to Deltek Vantagepoint, Spreadsheet Server, EleVia, and future systems such as Replicon and Concur. • Serve as a liaison between accounting teams and IT to ensure accurate financial data, reporting, and compliance within business systems. • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial reports and dashboards to support accounting operations, month-end closing, financial planning, and analysis. • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting accuracy, data integrity, and system performance. • Assist with system enhancements, configurations, and integrations to improve financial workflows and operational efficiency. • Gather and document financial and business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for system improvements. • Act as a point of contact for user support, troubleshooting financial system issues, and escalating complex cases as needed. • Partner with finance and accounting stakeholders to analyze and optimize financial workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. • Participate in testing for financial system upgrades and new implementations. • Deliver end-user training and documentation to promote system adoption and efficiency. • Support ad hoc reporting and data analysis needs, developing insights that drive financial and operational decision-making. • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to financial systems, reporting, and process optimization.
Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 1-3 years of experience in financial systems analysis, enterprise system administration, or a similar role. • Exposure to ERP and financial reporting tools, with a strong preference for experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, Spreadsheet Server, and Dayforce. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business needs and propose technical solutions. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize requests, and collaborate in a dynamic environment. • Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders. • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data visualization platforms is a plus. * As a federal contractor, successful candidates are required to pass the following pre-employment requirements prior to beginning employment: pre - employment drug test and background check.

This job operates in a remote or office-based environment and this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc.

Proposed Salary Range: $80,000-$97,000 *Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual’s related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
