Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Salesforce Developer to drive the success of our Salesforce initiatives. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on technical execution to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee Salesforce projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce configurations, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Take ownership of the handover process when projects are accepted by the client, using Salesforce to manage the transition and initiate troubleshooting as needed.
  • Conduct thorough testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet business needs and performance standards.
  • Provide production support, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly to maintain system stability and performance.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Salesforce environments for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Provide technical leadership to developers and admins, promoting best practices and driving continuous improvement
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and innovations to recommend enhancements that support business growth.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Salesforce experience, with proven expertise in development, testing, and production support.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce troubleshooting and support processes.
  • Exposure to Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and system integrations is preferred.
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
