Job Description

As the SDR/BDR, you’ll be the vital first point of contact for an exciting array of projects that are reshaping the construction landscape. Your role is crucial in driving the company’s growth by qualifying leads, setting appointments, and ensuring a seamless sales process. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with a steady stream of interested clients, managing 5-10 new leads daily, while also nurturing existing prospects. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming leads through various channels including phone, email, and text messaging
  • Conduct thorough lead qualification, assessing potential clients’ needs and aligning them with our innovative modular construction solutions
  • Manage and optimize the appointment-setting process for our account executive, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to in-depth sales discussions
  • Develop and implement strategies to re-engage older leads, maximizing every opportunity in our sales pipeline
  • Maintain high responsiveness during business hours, providing immediate and professional responses to all inquiries
  • Efficiently juggle multiple leads daily, prioritizing tasks to maximize conversion potential
  • Utilize CRM software to track all lead interactions meticulously, providing clear and actionable insights to the sales team
  • Collaborate with the account executive to refine lead qualification criteria and improve overall sales process efficiency
  • Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate and compelling information to potential clients

Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across various platforms
  • Proven experience in lead qualification and appointment setting, preferably in the construction, real estate, or related industries
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a knack for quick, effective decision-making
  • Adaptability to handle fluctuating workloads while maintaining consistent high-quality output
  • Genuine interest in or knowledge of sustainable construction practices and modular building concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Comfort with a performance-driven environment, including the potential for bonus structures based on successful lead conversion
  • Enthusiasm for growth opportunities within an expanding, innovative company in the modular construction space
