  • Identify areas for improvement in the aftermarket portfolio and create development plans.

You will be part of a team of experts focused on growing the business via aftermarket channel/distribution network enablement.
 

As a Service Enablement APAC - Valves, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Developing aftermarket growth programs in coordination with regional sales teams
  • Supporting CP with aftermarket initiatives such as install base development, plant walkdowns , joint service bidding, inventory recommendation and outage tracking.
  • Partnering with CP in developing creative field solutions related to upgrades & competitor valves replacement.
  • Meeting with new & existing channel partners on a regular basis within the region and partner with CP
  • Identifying areas of improvement for its aftermarket portfolio and create a development plan
  • Demonstrating a high level of energy & drive towards improving the service capability of the channel partner and develop customer relationships together across the region.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

  • Have a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Process, Industrial) or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 5 yr of experience in Control Valves, pressure Safety-Relief Valves, Mechanical On-off valves, control instruments, Actuators and Accessories.
  • Have knowledge of valves design and mechanics, valve applications, failure phenomena, controls system integrations, instruments & software or plant operations is an advantage
  • Have prior experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Sales is an advantage.
  • Have good customer focus, ability to understand customer needs or technical issue and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Be enthusiastic about working in a collaborative and fast paced environment, with a customer-centric approach
  • Be able to read, written and speak fluently in Korean and English
  • Be able to conduct business meetings, correspond with Korean channel partners and clients, and read/write complex Korean documents.
