What you can expect

As a Senior Content Writer, you'll create compelling content that elevates both marketing and user experience. Your work will shape our online presence, engaging and informing our audience effectively. You’ll work cross-functionally to develop content strategies that align with business goals, improve user engagement, and drive online conversions. This role is ideal for an experienced writer who is comfortable balancing creative storytelling with data-driven content optimizations.

About the Team

The Online Web Team is responsible for designing Zoom's websites. This includes improving the product marketing pages, pricing, checkout, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You’ll report to the Online UX Group Manager and work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Marketing Managers, and Researchers. Together, you'll craft a cohesive and engaging user experience. Our team values collaboration, creativity, and a user-first mindset.

What we’re looking for

• Have 8+ years of experience in Marketing Writing, UX Writing, and Content Strategy, ideally within eCommerce or SaaS environment.

• Be fluent with Figma and other visual design collaboration tools.

• Have a data-driven approach to content strategy, with experience using analytics and A/B testing to inform copy decisions.

• Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.

• Be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for user-centered design and impactful storytelling.

• Have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
