Job description

Are you ready to make a difference in the world of clinical research? Our Clinical Operations division is seeking a passionate CRA I/CRA II to join our dynamic team. You'll play a crucial role in advancing groundbreaking studies in Ophthalmology and Oncology, directly impacting patient care and our company's success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and oversee clinical trials in Ophthalmology and Oncology

  • Ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements

  • Conduct site visits and maintain high-quality data collection

  • Collaborate with investigators and site staff to ensure smooth trial operations

  • Provide training and support to site personnel

  • Prepare accurate and timely trip reports.

Qualifications:

  • University or college degree, or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (e.g., nursing licensure). An equivalent amount of experience can be substituted as appropriate.

  • 1-3 years of experience as a CRA

  • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Fluent in German and in English; proficiency in French and/or Italian would be a plus
