You'll play a crucial role in advancing groundbreaking studies in Ophthalmology and Oncology, directly impacting patient care and our company's success.

Key responsibilities:
Monitor and oversee clinical trials in Ophthalmology and Oncology
Ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
Conduct site visits and maintain high-quality data collection
Collaborate with investigators and site staff to ensure smooth trial operations
Provide training and support to site personnel
Prepare accurate and timely trip reports.
Qualifications:
University or college degree, or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (e.g., nursing licensure). An equivalent amount of experience can be substituted as appropriate.
1-3 years of experience as a CRA
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in German and in English; proficiency in French and/or Italian would be a plus
