Overview:
The Training Design Coordinator is responsible for supporting and creating engaging, effective and high-quality
trainings for MasTec employees. This position requires both instructional design and development skills. Must have a background in instructional and/or web design or education and be skilled in the development of computer-based/web-based courseware. The Specialist ensures that all materials including e-learning, job aids, and assessments are structured, visually engaging, and aligned with learning best practices. Help us provide the highest level of quality service to our customers and communities while maintaining our commitment to safety!

Work from Home
Monday to Friday | 9 PM to 6 AM Philippine Time

Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using authoring tools: Articulate Storyline, Rise.
Convert raw information into structure and interactive learning experiences.
Organize complex concepts into easy-to-understand training formats.
Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and instructional quality across all materials.
Regularly review and update existing training materials to align with company changes and feedback

Qualifications:

Experience with eLearning Design using visual design and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Suite).
Strong creativity and ability to design engaging and visually appealing training materials.
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is a plus.
LMS (Learning Management System) experience is a plus.
Experience with interactive learning elements and exposure to video editing.
Familiar with compliance development standards (SCORM and HTML) preferred but not required:
1 or more years' experience eLearning Design using visual design and authoring tools like Articulate, Rise or Adobe Captivate.
