We are looking for a CRM Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in leveraging customer data to drive business decisions and improve customer experiences. As a CRM Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various customer relationship management systems. Your insights will help shape marketing strategies, sales initiatives, and customer service improvements.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, Data & Analytics, and IT, to ensure that data is accurately captured, stored, and utilized. You will also be tasked with identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data to enhance customer engagement and retention.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data analysis, proficiency in CRM tools, and a passion for turning data into meaningful insights. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and monitoring dashboards, generating reports, analyzing A/B tests, and providing recommendations based on your analysis. You will also play a key role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Responsibilities
Analyze customer data from CRM systems to identify trends and insights
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing, sales, Data & Analytics, and IT teams to optimize CRM processes
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within CRM platforms
Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer engagement and retention
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM activities
Support data migration and integration projects as needed
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM analytics
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
Proven experience as a CRM Data Analyst or similar role
Proficiency in Iterable CRM Platform
Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI and product analytics platforms such as Amplitude
Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of SQL and data querying techniques
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
