Job description

Responsible for maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, as well as training and managing internal/external guides.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a point of communication between leadership and project team 
  • Create, manage, and distribute daily and weekly status updates related to each project 
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on schedule 
  • Create and maintain project documentation including requirements, specifications, schedules, and status reports 
  • Maintain project assets, communications, and related databases 
  • Assist in coordination of all associates necessary to complete projects 
  • Track progress on each project to ensure it stays on time and on budget 
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members and departments to align project objectives with organizational goals 
  • Adopt digital automation tools and AI-powered solutions into project workflows to streamline operations and improve team productivity 
  • Support change management initiatives by coordinating training and providing resources to help teams adapt to new processes and technologies 
  • Conduct remote training for our clients on our various applications
  • Update and maintain internal and external guides
  • Expectations for regular interactions with clients via zoom calls.

 

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of experience with billing software and/or experience billing from an Electronic Health Record System 
  • Project management experience 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong analytical and data visualization capabilities 
  • Strong leadership skills, interpersonal competencies, and presentation skills 
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities with experience establishing project controls and maintaining documentation 

 

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience 
  • Experience working with automation technologies and AI-enabled business tools, with ability to identify opportunities for process improvement through technology adoption 
  • RCM knowledge and understanding at an early career level

 

Expectations

  • Up to 20% travel
  • Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
