Job Profile:
Mortgage Administrator / Assessments Advisor – Home Working 100%
PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full Time experienced Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Assessments Consultant to join an Appointed Representative partner firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation based in the City of London but serviced by nationwide remote home workers.
Our highly valued AR partner are a dynamic, successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business looking to grow their business with the addition of a further experienced Mortgage Administrator to enter the business in the role of Assessments advisor.
The Assessments Advisor will be the initial first point of call for customers referred into this business from the Housing Associations that introduce to this specialist Mortgage Broking firm.
We are looking for a minimum 3 years independent mortgage administration experience in Mortgage Brokering specifically and ideally with shared ownership experience.
Great firm with progression to advisory available should you so wish.
Competitive base salary of between £25,000 - £27,000 DOE negotiable
Skills & Experience Required:
- A minimum of 3 years mortgage administration experience.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
- A team player with ability to use own initiative.
