Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding travel inquiries and tour packages.
  • Assist customers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Offer expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and promotional packages to enhance customer experiences.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to address customer needs and improve services.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, available packages, and company offerings to provide accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions diligently for quality assurance and service improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or tourism industry, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
