Job Summary:

You will enhance sales operations through data management, administrative support, and process optimization. Working closely with Military Account Managers, the Director of Sales, and other stakeholders, you will streamline workflows, maintain accurate records, and prepare customer-focused resources. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, managing Salesforce tasks and reports, supporting customer engagements, sales events and coordination of training sessions..

Key Deliverables and Responsibility:

  • Gather, analyze, and compile sales data from Salesforce and other sources to provide insights.
  • Prepare sales materials, reports, and presentations to support TLS program sales.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales team performance.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and task creation in Salesforce for process adherence.
  • Monitor Account Manager tasks and deadlines to improve Salesforce utilization.
  • Assist Account Managers by preparing data, customer insights, and presentation materials for sales meetings.
  • Research and qualify leads while supporting follow-up efforts.
  • Strengthen onboarding and training for new Account Managers by preparing materials and facilitating sessions.
  • Conduct market research on trends, customer behavior, and competitors to inform strategy.
  • Support organization and coordination sales events, supplier activities, and follow-up tasks, including lead tracking in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. .  May include military personnel who have been formerly trained or have relevant experience in lieu of civilian experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales, communication or business administration experience.  Prior experience with military or government customers preferred.
  • Self-driven and proactive in nature with a strong sense of accountability that takes initiative to resolve challenges.
  • Highly meticulous and organized with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously with different requirements, adhering to deadlines., with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • Patient with the ability to train, educate, and re-educate fellow team members on operational processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills ability to adapt/respond to changing environments while maintaining positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to internal / external stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and develop meaningful relationships and conduct business in a confident, articulate, and professional manner.
  • PC proficiency in CRM software (SalesForce) and Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

Pay: $50,000 to $65,000
