About the Role
This role focuses on working inbound leads generated through marketing and various sources. The ideal candidate will engage potential clients, answer their questions, overcome objections, and schedule appointments.
While this is not a direct sales role, it requires strong sales-oriented skills to guide leads through the appointment-setting process. Following up with patients is a key part of the role to ensure high booking rates and client satisfaction.
The right candidate should be quick to learn, adaptable, and proactive in handling leads efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
๐ Appointment Setting & Lead Management
โ Manage inbound leads from marketing & various sources.
โ Schedule appointments & coordinate bookings using GHL, Zenoti, and Acuity Scheduling.
โ Track lead progress & maintain accurate CRM records.
๐ Customer Service & Communication
โ Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone professionally & efficiently.
โ Manage email & text communications โ Sorting, responding, prioritizing, and sending newsletters.
โ Ensure a seamless & positive experience for every customer interaction.
๐ Sales-Related Tasks
โ Engage leads in conversations & answer their questions.
โ Overcome objections & follow up persistently.
โ Use persuasive communication to drive bookings.
โ Qualify leads and track progress in the CRM.
๐ Accurate Record-Keeping & Reporting
โ Maintain accurate tracking of leads, appointments, and customer interactions.
โ Monitor KPI performance: Conversion rate & number of bookings with a deposit.
Qualifications & Requirements
โ๏ธ Sales Experience Required โ Experience in sales calls, cold calling, or pitching.
โ๏ธ Bilingual: Spanish & English (Written & Spoken) โ Required.
โ๏ธ Strong Communication Skills โ Clear verbal & written skills, professional & friendly tone, active listening.
โ๏ธ Sales & Persuasion Abilities โ Overcoming objections, lead qualification, creating urgency.
โ๏ธ Time Management & Organization โ Ability to prioritize tasks, track progress, meet deadlines.
โ๏ธ Technical Proficiency โ Experience using CRM software (GHL, Zenoti, Acuity Scheduling), email, phone systems, and scheduling tools.
โ๏ธ Experience in Customer Service for the Wellness or Beauty Industry โ Strongly Encouraged.
