At least 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics(F&O or BC) as a senior functional consultant Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional solutions Document solutions, processes, and configurations Work on implementation related tasks(Analysis, Design, testing, training, UAT, data migration, Go-live support) Lead Jr functional consultants as a senior member Assist PM and other members Business level English is a must, Japanese bilingual is a big plus

Core responsibilities:

· Leading and having ability of implementation of the ERP system from analysis to deployment · Diagnosis existing ERP/Accounting system and busines process to propose new ERP system · Analyze Fit/Gap between functional requirement and standard functionality · Design Gap or workaround solution to meet customer budget · Design functional requirements and deliver business solution that meets the requirements agreed with customer · Performs functional design specifications (BPF, FDD) in implementation or change request · Ensure the quality of delivered solution is acceptable to the customer · Follow project schedule (WBS) and perform tasks by reviewing estimated and actual run time, then escalate if task is running out of time or delay · Provide necessary deliverables documents for implementation projects and for post go-live effective support · Perform pre-sales activities to provide initial consultation diagnosis of client’s business as-is process · Participates in multi-implementation projects or customer supports · Follow support service plan for maintenance support · Performs system tests (integration test, regression test, performance test) · Performs trainings to system users · Proposes improvements of client’s business system · Iterate functional issue check and update status
