Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our fast-growing startup. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding product strategy, defining requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of our consumer-facing products. This is a high-impact position working directly with company founders to shape our product vision and execution.


Required Experience:
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in product management with progressive responsibility
  • Proven track record working with B2C products from conception to launch
  • Extensive experience with the full lifecycle of user experience optimization, including user research, journey mapping, and metrics-driven improvements
  • Startup experience required, with preference for experience at US-based startups
  • Must provide portfolio or case studies of consumer-facing products you’ve managed with measurable outcomes and impact
Required Skills:
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative without close supervision.
  • Strong ability to serve as an effective bridge between engineering and operations teams.
  • Exceptional skill in translating day-to-day operational requirements into clear product features and technical specifications.
  • Deep experience working in lean and agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization.
  • Expertise in building pragmatic, lean MVPs for efficiently testing outcomes and hypotheses.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities to make informed product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder management.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage scope effectively.
