The Role:
 
Peerspace is looking for a highly motivated finance professional to play a key role in our continued growth and achievement of operational excellence. The Senior Manager of FP&A is a hands-on yet strategic position. This role will partner with Peerspace’s CEO, CFO and executive team to forecast the business, develop performance reporting and analytics, and create frameworks to guide investment decisions.  This person will have strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from multiple sources of data and present conclusions and recommendations about the direction of the business.  This person will work cross-functionally with other departments in the fulfillment of their role.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
       Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including planning cycles, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting
       Own and uplevel Peerspace’s predictive forecast model of the marketplace to influence business decisions and provide insightful recommendations
       Track and evaluate performance against KPIs, financial metrics and benchmarks
       Serve as a Finance business partner to other teams: support Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams in monitoring spend effectiveness, guide hiring and investment decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
       Develop ad hoc analyses to uncover trends and assess business risks and opportunities to provide recommendations to senior leaders.
       Contribute to monthly close of financial statements.
       Build monthly and quarterly reporting packages for management, investors and Board of Directors.  Present monthly results to the entire company.
       Support investor relationships processes and communications, including any fundraising
       Collaborate with the Analytics team to ensure we are looking at the best leading metrics
 
 
 
Qualifications:
 
●   5+ years total Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or related experience
●   Strong financial modeling skills (advanced Excel) with expertise in building complex but easy to follow models
●   Experience working at online marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce or other digital businesses required
●   Displaying excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
●   Experience with SQL preferred, and time spent working with large datasets and building dashboards a plus
●   Experience with Adaptive Insights a plus
●   Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or related degree required.  CFA, CPA or FPAC certification a plus.
 
The annual salary range for this role is $155,000 to $185,000. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.
