Job description

Choozle is seeking a dynamic and experienced Demand Generation Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts, driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility within the Ad Tech industry. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing automation strategies, optimizing HubSpot workflows, and ensuring seamless integration between HubSpot and Salesforce. The role will support content marketing efforts in collaboration with the VP of Marketing and assist in overseeing paid search, programmatic, and social media advertising in partnership with our digital agency. By aligning digital marketing, content strategy, and demand generation efforts with customer insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends, this role will drive measurable impact across the organization, supporting revenue growth, demand generation, and stronger client relationships.

SALARY $85,000 - $100,000
LOCATION Must be located in the US & eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

WHO YOU ARE
  • A digital marketing professional with 5-7 years of experience in demand generation, content marketing, or digital strategy, preferably in Ad Tech.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce, SEO, SEM, paid media, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Experienced in paid search, programmatic, and social advertising, collaborating with agencies to optimize performance.
  • Data-driven, with expertise in A/B testing, CRO, and marketing analytics.
  • Skilled in translating complex insights into compelling marketing materials.
  • A collaborative team player who works across departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Digital Marketing
  • Manage and optimize Choozle’s website, SEO strategy, and SEM campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic DSPs in collaboration with Choozle.
  • Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to inform future strategies.
  • Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to optimize performance.
Content Strategy and Marketing
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to translate complex insights into persuasive marketing materials.
  • Oversee Choozle Academy, Knowledge Base, and customer feedback programs (NPS, G2).
Demand Generation
  • Lead demand generation & ABM campaigns targeting high-value leads in key industries.
  • Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to engage key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with sales to optimize lead scoring and nurturing workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Analyze and refine marketing strategies based on performance data.
