Job description

About FURTHER

FURTHER is the leading AI-powered Sales & Marketing platform for senior living and healthcare organizations. Our next-gen suite of website engagement and AI sales assistants streamline the buying process for prospects and automate repetitive tasks for sales teams, driving higher conversion rates and increased NOI. Our unique blend of groundbreaking technology and deep industry expertise have made us the most widely adopted AI toolset in the market, used by over 5,500 communities to generate over $2.8 billion.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to lead our expansion into the Owner-Operator segment. You will own the marketing strategy for this audience, with a clear focus on driving inbound demo requests that convert into high-value customers.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving demand and revenue growth through creative, multi-channel strategies and creating seamless customer experiences. This includes developing and executing innovative, out-of-the-box campaigns across digital, direct mail, in-person events, and industry conferences, designed to engage sophisticated buyers with thought leadership and strategic messaging.

As the Demand Generation Manager, you will create marketing strategies that blend compelling content, relationship-driven event activations, and scalable lead-nurturing initiatives to position Further as the go-to solution for the Owner-Operator segment. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset are crucial for optimizing ROI. This remote, US-based role requires a player/coach mentality, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution to establish Further as a leader in Senior Living technology.

What You’ll Own
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that directly targets the Owner-Operator audience to drive inbound demo requests.

  • Identify our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and develop strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with their business objectives, positioning Further as a must-have solution.

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, direct mail, in-person, and conferences to generate demand and drive high-value sales engagements.

  • Lead experimentation by testing and iterating on new demand generation tactics to build a strong market presence.

  • Own lead acquisition and nurturing through relationship-driven activations, events, and high-touch marketing efforts aligned with our ICP’s decision-making process.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product marketing to align strategies and convert marketing efforts into sales opportunities.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) with a clear focus on measuring inbound demo requests, engagement quality, and conversion impact.

  • Leverage targeted distribution channels to amplify demand generation efforts, prioritizing strategic activations over traditional performance marketing.

  • Present demand generation results and insights to senior leadership, demonstrating the impact on pipeline creation and shaping the future growth strategy.

What You’ll Bring
  • At least 5+ years of experience scaling demand generation efforts, with a proven ability to drive measurable revenue growth and expand into new market segments.

  • Strong understanding of demand generation best practices, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and the competitive landscape.

  • Expertise in using data and analytics to inform decision-making, optimize campaigns, and communicate performance metrics (e.g., MQL to SQL conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and demo requests).

  • Proven ability to design, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, direct mail, in-person events, and industry conferences, driving demand and influencing key decision-makers.

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and drive cohesive demand generation strategies.

  • Experience creating compelling content (e.g., case studies, thought leadership pieces, webinars) that resonates with high-level decision-makers in niche industries.

  • Excellent project management skills with a strong ability to balance multiple initiatives, ensuring timely execution and attention to detail.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and present insights effectively.
