At IRIS, we're seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our demand generation strategies in the accountancy sector. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you'll drive pipeline growth and qualified leads through strategic planning and impactful campaigns, playing a pivotal role in our Go-To-Market (GTM) team.

What will you be doing?

As our Senior Marketing Manager for Accountancy, your role includes:

Strategic Direction:

Own and develop comprehensive marketing plans that drive impactful results.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute global integrated campaigns efficiently.
Act as the central source of truth for program-related knowledge and communication.

Campaigns & Tactical Planning:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop targeted campaigns supporting account-based marketing efforts.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure resonance and effectiveness.

People Leadership and Performance:

Foster a high-performance culture by aligning team objectives with IRIS' mission and vision.
Provide coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
