Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a  Governance Lead is a senior expert that advises and provides recommendations on performance related to governance frameworks, defined governance roles and responsibilities

Requirements
  • A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Master's degree in Business Administration, Policy, Governance, Health Information Management, Health Administration, Public Administration, Business, Statistics or Social Sciences and five (5) years' of experience in governance design, oversight and management, working in a service and analytical capacity in a health services environment.
  • Working knowledge (education and/or experience) in Systems Thinking application and Project Management preferred.
  •   Highly developed business writing encompassing Senior-level documentation and presentation skills (PowerPoint) and verbal communication skills with the ability to document and synthesize work appropriately, including executive briefing notes, steering committee presentations and stakeholder specific status reporting. Seasoned development of executive-level presentations. 
  •  Proven strong communication skills both verbally and in writing including the ability to respond politely and diplomatically to both internal and external inquiries. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. 
  •  Excellent proficiency with MS Office toolsets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  •   Senior-level ability to translate and express clinical, process and technical problems using business terms. Ability to extract information and knowledge from complex sources.
  • Demonstrated capability to work with Senior Management Team and Executives.
