This is a remote position.
Business Financial Group (BFG) is a premier accounting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, dedicated to helping business owners and independent consultants focus on growing their businesses while we handle their accounting, tax, and payroll needs.
Oversee new client onboarding and conduct training sessions for the client portal.
Manage incoming client requests via email, phone, fax, and text.
Process and organize client documents, including sorting, merging, duplicating, and saving files using PDF software.
Track and manage projects and tasks, prioritizing them based on due dates and urgency.
Make collection calls to clients when necessary.
Act as a liaison between the Accounting Team and clients to obtain missing documents and information, including making follow-up calls.
Draft and send client communications as needed.
Handle inbound phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Provide online chat support for sales and production inquiries.
Assist in setting up new clients by coordinating with the Sales and Accounting teams.
Conduct inside, soft sales by identifying new opportunities and communicating them to the sales team.
Perform cold calls to prospective clients and schedule sales appointments.
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in client service.
Proven experience in project, task, and ticket management.
Exceptional customer service and account management skills.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Proficient in technology and eager to learn new software.
Strong soft sales skills and the ability to engage prospective clients.
