Partner with the best

    As our Tolling Quality Manager you will be responsible for:

    • Implementing, maintaining and continually improving Quality Management systems to assure alignment to industry and Baker Hughes standards for 3rd party manufactures and tollers
    • Using Quality Tools to facilitate process improvements, risk assessments and root cause analysis in support of business goals and objectives
    • Leading Response Team Investigations for High Impact Incidents related to tollers.
    • Monitoring performance of tollers generating reports accordingly to ensure toller conformance to requirements.
    • Interface with engineering, technology, operations and strategic sourcing to get tollers qualified and approved in a timely manner.
    • Ensuring the Product Line personnel understand and work within the company compliance code of conduct and that a culture exists of ‘doing the right thing’ with respect to compliance requirements
    • Sharing knowledge within the quality community and to the wider organization providing training, tools and techniques to allow other functions to achieve the established goals and objectives
    • Selecting evaluating and re-evaluating tollers by organising audits according to Baker Hughes procedures and applicable industry standards

    To be successful in this role you will have:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Applied Science
    • Experience in Chemical manufacturing processes and analytical chemistry.
    • Demonstrated history iin the use of quality management tools and best practice
    • Knowledge of chemistry and chemical manufacturing processes
    • Process auditing experience a plus
    • Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt) preferred
    • Root Cause Analysis experience or training
    • Knowledge of SAP / Quality Management module
    • Fluent in English
    • Experience in data analysis in Microsoft Excel.
    • An understanding of ISO standards and related industry standards and practices
    • Self-motivation, be goal orientated and a collaborative team player
    • Exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills; must be skilled in building relationships and customer/ supplier engagement
    • Leadership by influence experience in a matrix environment
    • Be prepared for travel sometimes up to 40%
