What You Will Achieve
- Support the management and tracking of all key deliverables executing the EMAP program within PGS, utilizing a deep understanding of our one best way of working philosophy and framework, IMEx (Integrated Manufacturing Excellence) and working with key stakeholders across Pfizer.
- Build an inclusive culture focused on sharing knowledge and supporting colleague development while leveraging organizational capabilities.
- Encourage continuous improvement and innovation while assessing and managing acceptable risk levels.
- Lead the creation of solutions for complex problems and influence key decisions, prioritizing emerging business challenges.
- Implement business plans for the Enterprise , aligning them with the overall EMAP program deliverables, including but not limited to consensus and alignment with Commercial, R&D and PGS on portfolio and network changes endorsed for implementation by ELT.
- Actively participate as a member of the Strategy & Operational Excellence leadership team,
- Serve as an advisor on crucial EMAP initiatives, effectively influencing senior leadership.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- A BA/BS with at least 12 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 10 years of experience driving large scale complex program management initiatives is required for the Senior Director, EMAP Project Management Office Lead role.
- Extensive project management experience in a complex global environment
- Proficiency in strategic planning and execution
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Proven experience in driving process improvements
- Expertise in risk management practices
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration
