eProductivity Software is hiring for a Project Manager, Professional Services to join our Print Segment Solutions operations team. This role is a remote role with approximate travel of around 30% to our customers during roll-out and software implementation stages.
We are looking for someone who has experience in large-scale software implementations, has good project management experience and knows how to develop and organize a project plan from discovery to go-live.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of ePS ERP solutions enabling our customers to achieve their business objectives and operational results. This will include but not be limited to project management and delivery, stakeholder and customer relationship management, aligning with customer strategy, policy and procedures, product customizations and scope management, team leadership, financial management, partnering with the customer to advise and guide on change management issues and identifying ePS PMO process improvements.
