What you can expect

As a Channel Account Manager, you will build and maintain relationships with channel partners. You'll drive sales growth, provide support, and ensure partner satisfaction. Your focus will be on developing strategies to maximize channel performance and achieve mutual business objectives.

What we’re looking for

  • Be able to demonstrate experience in channel roles, within software/SaaS vendors, with a focus on Unified Communications

  • Be able to demonstrate CX / Cloud (CCaaS) Channel creation experience

  • Be able to demonstrate aptitude to work within various mediums to coach & develop partner sellers

  • Be able to demonstrate fluency in Arabic to a native speaker standard, fluent in business English

  • Be able to build relationships with CxO/VP level, as well as a technical understanding enabling them to easily interact with executive, sales and technical stakeholders.

  • Be able to develop a Zoom Phone/Zoom contact centre channel partner ecosystem that includes managing focus partners, recruiting new partners and growing indirect sales revenue.

  • كن قادرًا على إثبات إتقان اللغة العربية وفقًا لمعايير المتحدث الأصلي، وإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية للأعمال
  • كن قادرًا على بناء علاقات مع مستوى CXO/VP، بالإضافة إلى فهم تقني يمكّنهم من التفاعل بسهولة مع أصحاب المصلحة التنفيذيين والمبيعات والفنيين.
  • كن قادرًا على تطوير النظام البيئي لشركاء قنوات مركز اتصال Zoom Phone/Zoom الذي يتضمن إدارة شركاء التركيز وتجنيد شركاء جدد وزيادة إيرادات المبيعات غير المباشرة.
