Role Summary

The Call Center Receptionist role is vital to providing exceptional service. The position demands an individual who takes pride in speaking with patients, provides highly personalized care and is patient and professional with all phone interactions. This position provides direct assistance to patients, providers, and pharmacies to ensure proper routing of phone calls.

Day to day duties:

Provide courteous and compassionate service when answering phones
Transfers calls or takes messages as necessary
Provides patients with accurate information when answering questions and concerns
Remains calm and effective in an emergency or in high pressure situations
Able to manage a flexible work schedule which may include weekends and holidays

Education, Licenses, Certifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
Additional spoken languages preferred, but not required

Employment Type

This is a full-time non-exempt remote position that requires early hours and rotational weekends.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $18-21/hr. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
