In this BSA role you will:

  • Business Requirements Gathering: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the challenges CS teams face and collaborate cross-functionally to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • 3rd party System Integration: Drive the seamless integration of 3rd party systems and build low code/no code automations to support the CS PoCs/Pilots.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop deep expertise of our third-party systems, APIs, data architecture, and integration platforms. Proficiently configure applications, build and manage integrations, and perform data analysis.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate processes in the customer journey, reducing friction and driving usage.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to identify high-impact areas and establish reporting on leading and lagging KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the central liaison between CS and Flywheel Product teams, ensuring clear communication of business requirements and timely, high-impact solution delivery.
  • Support and Training: Provide hands-on support for internal teams and deliver training to maximize adoption of new systems and processes.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Experience implementing third-party systems and low-code/no-code automations
  • Experience with data analysis and creating KPI-driven reports.

Business Mindset:
