We need an English-fluent PART- TIME Lead Generation Specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

Initiate and maintain new clients.
Conduct outbound lead generation efforts through direct phone outreach to business owners.
Execute cold calling campaigns based on a provided sales process and scripts.
Identify and qualify potential leads for business acquisition opportunities.
Engage with decision-makers and C-level executives professionally and effectively.
Meet and exceed performance targets related to lead generation and appointment setting.
The talent will handle different accounts.

Requirements:

2-3 years+ of proven experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling and emails.
Experience engaging with U.S.-based business owners and C-level executives.
Strong conversational skills with the ability to handle objections and build rapport.
Self-motivated, tenacious, and results-driven mindset.
C1 English is required.
Experience with industries such as SaaS companies and project management services. (Plus)

Compensation:

The Salary range offered for this position as a part time varies from (USD) $400 - $600 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
