About the Client:

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and generate high-quality leads of Muslims in the United Kingdom who are interested in travel and tours. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Muslim market and be skilled in using various tools and strategies to attract potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Identification: Utilize various online platforms, social media channels, and databases to find and compile a list of potential leads.
  
• Lead Nurturing: Engage with identified leads through email, social media, and other communication channels to build relationships and understand their travel needs.
  
• Data Management: Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure leads are effectively converted into customers.
  
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and areas for improvement.
  
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement new strategies to increase the number of quality leads and improve the overall lead generation process.
  

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the travel and tourism industry or targeting the Muslim market.
  
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Muslim community in the United Kingdom and their travel preferences.
  
• Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems, social media platforms, and lead generation tools. Strong research and data analysis skills.
  
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
  
• Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  
• Cultural Awareness: Understanding of halal travel requirements and the importance of catering to Muslim travelers.
