We are seeking experienced attorneys to join our network as Estate Planning Network Attorneys. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your solo practice or start a new legal venture while being supported by a collaborative team and comprehensive back-office resources.

  • Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their goals and needs

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Arkansas State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
  • Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
  • Existing private practice.
  • Medicaid planning is highly desirable.
  • Reciprocity with adjacent state is a plus
